LESS THAN $1/DAY. Yes. I wrote that correctly. To have your major systems and appliances repaired or REPLACED will cost you less than $1 per day. Oh, and want to know the best part? Commonly when you purchase a home, your first year is paid for by the Seller! HOW RAD IS THAT?
