If you’re considering selling on your own (For Sale by Owner or FSBO), or maybe simply want a little more insight as to what agents do behind the scenes, keep reading! According to the National Association of Realtors, FSBOs typically sell for less than other homes that are listed with a real estate agent. Last year, the median sale price for FSBO homes was $200,000. Which is significantly lower than the $280,000 average of homes sold with a real estate agent.
